Choosing your hotel
DEPARTURE: FROM COPENHAGEN TO GREENLAND
The Air Greenland flight from Copenhagen to Greenland is usually departing from CPH’s Terminal 2 between 9 and 10 in the morning, with check-in approx. two hours before departure time.
Unless you live close enough to reach Copenhagen Airport by train or by car, you will need to stay at a hotel in Copenhagen the night before you depart for Greenland.
Most guests choose a hotel near the airport, but if you arrive in time to visit the city of Copenhagen you may consider staying in the city and make it to the airport by train, Metro og taxi the next morning. Depending on traffic and your exact location, travel time from Copenhagen to the airport is usually less than 30 min.
ARRIVAL: FROM GREENLAND TO COPENHAGEN
The flight from Greenland to Copenhagen usually arrives somewhere between 20 and 22 in the evening, so for most guests it will be too late to connect with another flight out of Copenhagen on the same day.
